Either. Some GCs invite us on a single division; others hand us electrical, mechanical and plumbing together because it is one contract and one point of coordination. Tell us which you want.

How large a project do you take?

That depends on scope, schedule and where the project sits. Send it and we will tell you plainly whether it fits what we can staff. A fast no is more useful to you than a slow maybe.

How should we send plans?

Whatever your office already uses. Plan room links, shared drive links and email attachments all work. If files are large, a link is easier than a mailbox full of PDFs.

Do you work outside your usual service area?

Commercial and construction projects travel further than routine residential service calls. Include the project location and we will tell you whether we can cover it.
